• CNC milling machines with weight per unit of up to 8 t.
• CNC drilling machines with weight per unit of up to 10 t.
• Carousel lathe with weight per unit of up to 10 t.
• Three-roller-round bending machine with a roller width of 3.0 m; sheet thickness max. 30 mm at 3,000 mm rolling width.
• Sheet metal folding machine with an edge length of 3,100 mm; pressure line 180 t.
• Hydraulic plate shears with a cutting edge length of 3,050 mm; Material thickness 10 mm.
• Universal lathe:
  • Centre height 250 mm
  • Centre distance 2,000 mm
• Diverse welding equipment for MIG, MAG, WIG and E-Hand for steel in the material categories 1, 4 a and 6 according to AD-HP0.
  For these materials, procedural tests and welder tests are available:
  • Smaller verification of suitability according to DIN 18800 Sect. 7 Para. 6.3 “Steel constructions” with primarily static loading DIN 4132 “Craneways”
  • Recognised qualified operation according to Paragraph 19 WHG
  • Accreditation AD 2000 t HP 0 production according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EG in the modules G and B1+F
